- What are the procedures to rent a car from Kashenza?
First you must fill our online booking form and after you had arrived in KLIA, you will need to sign the rental agreement form together with all valid documents for rental process. Deposit will be apply.
- What do i need to bring along when renting a car from Kashenza?
For normal guest booking, we need you to bring along your original passport and valid driving license to us for photocopy. Where else, for students booking, they need to bring original and valid matric / student card, IC or passport and also a valid driving license.
- Is there any advance deposit to rent a car?
Yes, RM100 deposit will be charged before any rental out. Deposit will be returned after cars safely return to us in good conditions.
- How about fuel consumption?
Fuel must be return in full tank like it was before. Charges apply for any fuel differences.
- How much do i need to pay for any hours extended?
RM10 will be charged for every first 3hours and RM5 for every subsequence hours extended.
- How old do i need to be to rent a car?
In most cases you need to be a minimum of 23 years old BUT you can still rent a car if you are over 21 years old.
- Will my overseas drivers license work for Malaysia?
If you have held a valid, unrestricted drivers license, for a minimum of 12 months and it is in English you will not require an international permit. If you do not have these prerequisites then you will need an international permit. All documents must be original. No photocopies are recognised.
